Learn to cook South Indian cuisine with Nantha.

Learn popular vegan dishes such as Sothi (rich tamarind-based
coconut curry). cashew nut curry, eggplant stir-fry, and coconut sambal.
You will be introduced to exotic vegetables such as the luted lufa,
fresh moringa pods and leaves, methi greens, bottle and snake gourd, and
freshly-grated coconut. etc). There will be a demonstration on how to
make idilis, dosa, and string hoppers.
